1. Acceptance of terms
By registering your company and using Mnassah, you agree to comply with these terms of service and all applicable Saudi laws and regulations.
2. Verification requirements
All companies must submit a valid Commercial Registration (CR) and supporting documents. Mnassah reserves the right to reject or suspend accounts that provide false or misleading information.
3. Platform conduct
Companies must act in good faith when posting RFQs, submitting quotes, and communicating with other businesses. Fraudulent activity will result in immediate suspension.
4. Reviews and ratings
Reviews must reflect genuine business interactions. Mnassah may moderate, hide, or remove reviews that violate platform guidelines.
5. Limitation of liability
Mnassah acts as a facilitator between businesses and is not responsible for the outcome of transactions, contracts, or agreements made between companies.
